Orders are processed Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm and are shipped using UPS or USPS depending on your location and the shipping rate. Tracking information will be sent to the email entered in your order form.

Please check the shipping address for errors before submitting your order. Any changes to the shipping address after the package has left our warehouse will incur a fee of $15.90 PER PACKAGE (some shipments will have multiple packages).

If your package is returned as undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address it will also incur a fee of $15.90 per package and a return shipping fee to ship the package a second time. Arrival dates are only estimates.

RETURNS: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within  (30 Days)  from the shipping date. 

If your purchase was eligible for FREE SHIPPING, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit.
